Who Will Pay Your Long Term Care Bills?
November 30, 2009 by Terry Stanfield · Leave a Comment
I always like to ask my clients, “Will your financial planner be willing to pay your long term care bills, will they have access to good quality Home Health Care Providers?” Many lawyers and advisors are now reluctant to recommend against Long Term Care Insurance for fear of law suits later on, from children, when hundreds of thousands of dollars were required to pay for their parents long term care bills. Planners who fail to recommend coverage are more times than not, unaware of the real RISK of needing care one day.
The senior has now become the GREATEST financial risk that Americans face today. The majority of them are unaware of it because let’s face it: No One wants to think about needing Long Term Care. It is going to happen to someone else! Long term care bills are the biggest reason for financial failures among seniors today. Yet there are a lot of Financial Planners and Investment advisers who will say that you don’t need Long Term Care Insurance.
If you already have a lot of money, perhaps you don’t! The question is: Would it be a smart decision to have this coverage? What we are seeing today are many Financial Planners split on the subject of LTC Insurance. You will hear some say that if you have any resources you should not be without it, that it is an integral part of financial planning, while others think if you have enough money you should self-insure. Who is right?
Every financial adviser I talk with would recommend long term care coverage if he knew in advance that his client would need several years of long term care. Do the math. In a state where long term care bills are averaging $170 per day, and the average premium is $4000 a year for a couple, aged 60, and they live another 20 years, they have paid out $80,000 in premiums for the peace of mind that they will not go broke. Without the insurance, they could end up paying over $80,000 in less than two years for ONE OF THEM on the advice from a Financial Planner telling them that they DON’T NEED IT! It must be concluded that Financial advisers who recommend against LTC Insurance figure you are not going to need care since they would recommend you obtain coverage if they knew you were going to have to spend several hundred thousand dollars. You should find out from the adviser what is the BASIS for their prediction? Also, be aware that advisers are sales people. They are in the business of making you money.
If you purchase Long Term Care Insurance, you have less money for them to manage! The decision is yours. At this point in your life, are you more interested in making a few more thousand dollars a year or are you more interested in protecting what you have already earned from the most DEVASTATING financial risk that people face in America today? One of the biggest financial mistakes a person can make today is needing Long Term Care and having no coverage! Is this a mistake you want to take a chance on making? Seek out a LTC Insurance Specialist to help you make the best informed decision for you and your family. Remember, your Financial Planner or adviser is not going to pay your long term care bills. You will!
Before you go out and buy a policy go to Long Term Care Insurance, ask questions and request a long term care insurance quote. We represent 20 of the top LTCi providers. This gives you tremendous options.

Chicago Ten: An exclusive documentary approach to the tumultuous occurrences of’68 when opposing groups appeared in Chicago to dispute the status quo, and the battle in Vietnam, throughout the Democratic Nationwide Convention. The film is balanced with excited renderings of the event and its trouble makers (taken verbatim from court transcripts), which became the show of the ridiculous. Without narration, talking head interviews, period music, or considerably situational material, this narrowly concentrated film grants a spiritual, compassionate, and instant portrait of a pivotal occurrence in American history. Cast includes Voices of Hank Azaria, Dylan Baker, Mark Ruffalo, Roy Scheider, Notch Nolte, Liev Schreiber, Jeffrey Wright, and James Urbaniak. (110 minutes, 2008)

HGH Sprays vs HGH Pills
November 27, 2009 by Tom William · Leave a Comment
Discovery of an oral spray HGH is actually performed by Serendipity. The group of scientists and doctors on Anti Aging Research Lab discovered that they can get HGH molecule that absorbs in the same way scientists try to get absorbed insulin molecule, which is half the size of the HGH molecule. Used a process called cross-linked. HGH is by its nature, is twice the size of the molecules of insulin, growth hormone is restrictive in its cross-linked. This can be stretched without damage, the so-called molecular assembly, as well as putting the ball into the hole nerf node.
Many researchers have also claimed more than 10 years, high dose injections of growth hormone, in the end will help to accelerate the aging process, if you close the injections.
And injection of one international unit is equivalent to 350,000 nanograms. 50,000 nanograms is the approximate amount produced by the body in 24-hour period. This means that the injection is 7 times the quantity normally produced in the body. High blood pressure can occur due to edema (water retention), which may cause too much HGH. If the dose is brought back to normal blood pressure.
Scientists don’t do not know what long-term effects of chronic overdose of HGH have been. It is possible that continuous HGH overdose can cause health problems, and this is especially problematic for people who regularly inject HGH. There are some documents that show that high levels of HGH can cause heart problems, because many high-level professional athletes who are abusing HGH showed complications and even death due to cardiovascular levels of pollution.
In fact, the doses are extremely important for long term success of HGH. Not enough can not be given the necessary result and too much can cause health problems. Therefore, the addition of an oral HGH is probably the best choice for someone who is concerned about their long-term health.
Direct injection of HGH has also been shown that it is unnecessary because the body can not absorb the oral form of HGH, HGH, and lower doses may have some impressive health benefits, without the long-term risk of health complications.

Use a Beverage Refrigerator for These Reasons
November 26, 2009 by Terry Miller · Leave a Comment
Do you ever run out of refrigerator space? I know that I do, and I’m a bachelor. I can’t imagine how a family of five deals with these issues. By getting a beverage cooler, I was able to completely avert this issue in due time.
What I find most annoying in my refrigerator is the amount of space that cans and bottles seems to demand. They’re bulky and they’re also the type of drink that I might leave around to cool for a month or two.
Drink bottles and cans can be bulky, tall, and generally take up a lot of space. Since drinks don’t go bad for a while, with the exception of milk, a few cases of any drink can easily take up the bulk of the room in a refrigerator.
This is why I ultimately bought a beverage refrigerator for my house and I’m really glad that I did. This article is going to focus on some of the many reasons you should think about doing the same.
The biggest draw in my mind was the price point. Some of these cost 60 or 80 dollars and they do a fine job at keeping my drinks cool.
They’re also easy to move around from room to room. In fact, I keep one outdoors in the summer, as saving myself a trip to the inside of my house for a drink makes things convenient and fun.
They can also be a lot of fun. Just looking inside them and seeing the sweat drip off a cold can of soda is enough to make me even more excited to open up a drink. The aesthetics of beverage refrigerators definitely make them enjoyable.
Lastly, any wine enthusiasts should really consider getting one. They make some coolers that are especially built for wines, and they’re great. Even if you drink both red and white wines, the two can cool separately at different temperatures. This will make any wine drinker happy.

Attraction Marketing Gets Things Done
November 26, 2009 by Art Basmajian · Leave a Comment
It took a bit for our ancestors to acknowledge that the earth circled round the sun, and compared to the acceptance of the concept of Attraction Marketing in building your MLM business, the business world is actually moving at light speed. It is starting to see the sense in not pointlessly wasting time by running around and spending money to chase down recruits and prospects, and just relax, relax, and find some way to make these prospects and recruits come to them.
Online and In the ‘Real World’
While the principles of attraction marketing are creating waves in MLM business building on the internet, it is a concept that is perfectly applicable in the real world. All it actually means is that you do not have to force anyone into anything because it’s a big world and a huge commercial market. If you work hard enough and concentrate your efforts, you will make yourself visible to the people who need to purchase from you.
The reason why attraction marketing is the reasonable choice for many web enterprises is actually because people who need to build them are usually entrepreneurs who are only starting out and will not have that much capital to work with. It saves them a lot of time in really getting the business running with different methods and strategies, and they can be making money in no time instead of spending it.
The Recipe for Success
Attraction selling has actually been about for some time, like that favorite stew recipe which has been in your family for so long as you can remember. The sole difference is that someone had taken the time to draft the ingredients and the instructions down to be in a position to share it with the remainder of the globe.
The fact is that you have probably either practiced attraction marketing in your own way, or seen it done. Ask yourself this question : have you ever had someone follow you to do something not as you asked or forced him or her to, but because in their own free will, she noticed that what you’ll be doing will be of benefit to you both? Or on the flip side of the coin, have you ever followed anybody because you felt like it’s the right thing to do?
This is one of the basic foundations for this idea. People will do things for their own reasons, and you’ve got to discover a way to grasp what those reasons are for doing what you want them to do. That way any exchange between you and your prospect, client, or manufacturer will be jointly favourable and satisfactory.
Leaders and Followers
Some people are supposed to lead and others are designed to follow, but with attraction marketing, even if you’re feeling like you belong to the crowd that would rather just follow along, you can learn how to be a leader and gather up your own set of supporters. It won’t be simple and it won’t come fast, but it actually is something that is possible if you set your intelligence into making it occur. The nice thing about this technique is that instead of having to spend your money on wasteful things like advertising, you will be spending your money in making yourself better and more engaging to your prospects.
Many new entrepreneurs are breaking new grounds with their online businesses, and what better way to start a new business that doing it the faster, easier, and least painless way?
